Young people in the district of Görlitz can become real insiders when it comes to career orientation. All pupils should be able to find out for themselves which profession they can learn in their home country and whether it suits them. The INSIDERTREFF, the largest training fair east of Dresden, and the INSIDER training atlas are established instruments for this. These offers are supplemented by campaigns and projects such as “Check the job”, “Look in! - Open Company Week", "Girls Day/Boys Day" or "Come on Tour". The online INSIDER is the first address for career orientation in Upper Lusatia. Career tests for those who are undecided, internships and holiday jobs for people who want to try things out, companies and institutions for training, studies or even a voluntary year - all of this can be found on this platform.
