Saskia Heublein has been one of the faces of the ENO for many years. As a team leader, lifelong learning is known to many through successful formats such as the Mass Insidertreff, the School Economy network or the trainee-speed dating. Your tasks in the areas of school, professional orientation, training and work in the district of Görlitz are as complex as your personal career. After a handicraft training and a further qualification as a specialist advisor in the upscale fashion sector, she completed retraining as a network administrator. In parallel to these stations, life as a single mother called for one thing above all: flexibility. During an internship in the technology confidence and start-up center (TBGZ) in Niesky, she came into contact with the ENO for the first time. In 2009 she started the ENO as an assistant to the management, later took on tasks in project management and has been a team leader in the life -long learning area since 2016. In addition to work and family, Saskia Heublein also successfully completed a part -time evening course in business administration - another pillar of their broad qualifications.
Ricarda Wild-Noisten has been part of the lifelong learning team since 2020. She came to the ENO from the service sector and found the challenge exciting: the coordination of the cooperation between general education and vocational schools. Direct contact with students, teachers and trainers makes their task so attractive for Ricarda, especially at successful events such as the insider meeting in the district of Görlitz. Ricarda comes from the region, studied business administration and marketing in Zittau and enjoys life in the country as a family man.

Ina Maria Kwiatkowski has been a project manager since 2025 and as part of the PR team at ENO. She is a classic "returnee". Born in Görlitz, she went to the Federal Republic as a teenager in 1982. She stayed in Bavaria for 20 years and then lived on the Baltic Sea for 17 years. During this time she worked for radio and TV channels, in the state parliament in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the EU Parliament. In 2021, Ina Maria moved back to the old home for private reasons, where she found work in the publisher of the Saxon newspaper. With the change to the Taskforce structural change of the ENO, there is also the possibility of actively working on the development of the region.

As a project manager in Taskforce Structural Change, Anja Nixdorf-Munkwitz mainly works in specialist network work, project development and local advice. Their main focus is on the areas of regional added value, local supply and the support of regional producers, as well as industrial culture and vacancy. Anja Nixdorf-Munkwitz studied “Culture and Management” at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and “Protection of European Cultural Heritage” at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder)/Słubice. She has gained extensive experience in the International Building Exhibition (IBA) Prince-Pückler-Land in Brandenburg, building and management of the Hirschfelde Foundation, as well as in numerous projects. She is an expert in cultural economy and foundation and has been supporting civil society actors in these areas for a long time. When she came to the ENO in 2024, she was able to build a broad knowledge of project development and brought her specialist networks from the Saxon agricultural and nutritional economy as well as the field of industrial culture.
The district of Görlitz and the entire Lausitz have potential that are exceptional, especially in the areas of regional added value and industrial culture. It would be desirable that we value these resources and actively work with it.
Ariane Archner came to the ENO in 2009. The media designer is through and through Görlitzin. After graduating from high school at the Joliot-Curie-Gymnasium in Görlitz, Ariane completed a voluntary ecological year in the Erlichthof settlement in Rietschen. Sandra Fest has been part of the ENO team project and process management since 2013. The project manager has a lot of experience, from the project idea to the application for funding and implementation. She also worked in the field of tourism, temporarily as managing director of the TGG Neißeland, for the district's skilled worker alliance and as an author for the development strategy of Lausitz 2050. Care and disaster protection are her topics, such as the German-Czech project Cifad III. Sandra Bardely grew up in Dresden and grew up in Saxon Switzerland. For her studies in business administration at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, she then came to Lausitz.

Born in the spa town of Oybin, in the Zittau Mountains, Saskia came to Görlitz for studying. At the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, tourism management was her course, which she also led to an ENO in 2021. These four months liked her so much that Saskia continued as a factory student for another one and a half years and was then taken over by ENO in early 2023 after successfully completed his studies. The diversity of her tasks and the good feeling in the ENO team have promised her right from the start. Wilhelmine Buscha is an expert in the field of local counseling and citizen participation within the Eno-Taskforce Structural Change. She has been with the development company since September 2021, but before that she was already, parallel to the study as a factory student and parental leave on the team.
Wilhelmine comes from the northern part of the Görlitz district, exactly told from Kaschel Gut, a small hamlet that belongs to the municipality of Boxberg. With a lot of nature on the doorstep and the wonderful Bärwalder See, the question arose early on: Why don't we actually make this giant potential in our homeland? She internalized this idea and also lives it as a host and ambassador of our wonderful region. Wilhelmine decides to study in tourism management, which she successfully completed in 2021 at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. Görlitz had won over Wilhelmine's alternative media design and teaching studies. She has committed the goal of our wonderful region and the district of Görlitz and make it more attractive for residents and guests.
"In our rural region, the 'problem of the last mile', i.e. direct connection to public transport, is one of the biggest problems. I place great hopes for autonomous driving, the remote places can bring a good connection and at the same time a better local supply."

Lutz Demuth is Görlitzer and has spent his entire life except for two short interruptions in the region. After completing his training as an electrical engine in the traditional company Waggonbau, he did his master at the evening school and headed the electrical montage until 2000. Steffi Dreier, as a project manager, has been part of the District of Görlitz area as a project manager since 2022. With their focus on the sustainable development of commercial space and innovative mobility solutions in rural areas, it accompanies strategically important projects of structural change. In close cooperation with the municipalities, she is driving ahead with the planning of new commercial locations and the future-oriented project "Lausitz stop"-a regional concept for modern mobility stations that combine local supply, alternative transport connections and quality of stay.
Growing up near Kamenz, Steffi completed a dual degree in business administration in Berlin. After several years in destination management in the state of Brandenburg, she was drawn back to Lausitz - with the desire to actively shape the development of the region and to create sustainable perspectives for business and society.

Since 2022, Steffi Dreier, as a project manager, has been part of the team of the area company within the ENO. Your topics are the development of commercial areas in the district of Görlitz and mobility in rural areas. She also works closely with the municipalities. A well -known project is the "Lausitz stop", the development of so -called mobility stations with alternatives for traffic and local supply. Steffi Dreier grew up near Kamenz and went to Berlin for her dual business studies in 2011. She worked for five years at the tourism association of the State of Brandenburg in Bad Saarow. When she was looking for a new challenge, Steffi came across the Eno job offer in Görlitz and came to Lausitz.
Marie Federau has been the Taskforce team of the ENO since 2025 and is employed in the areas of citizen participation and general interest. These topics go well with Marie, because even in a small village in the north of the Bautzens district, she grew up in the middle of the open -cast mine directly on the border with Brandenburg. She came to Görlitz for her studies, with its wonderful old town, the pleasant size and the livable environment with Lake Berzdorfer and beautiful nature. At the HSZG, she made a bachelor's degree in social work and the master's degree in social change. At the university in Görlitz, Marie had already heard about the regular cooperation with the ENO and then dealt more intensively with the development company Lower Silesian Upper Lusatia mbH. Christian Fietze is our expert for the moving picture in the Eno. The filmmaker and motion designer has been part of the team since 2019, and he had previously implemented several projects for the ENO as a self -employed person. The Görlitzer went to Stuttgart in 2004 to study at the media University of Applied Sciences and then completed a traineeship at a film company. He worked for well -known companies such as Red Bull, DHL, Allianz, Audi and Mercedes Motorsport. In 2012 he moved back to the old homeland, so he went into contact with the Eno in Görlitz. Its area of action is diverse: image films, website creation, campaign creation with photos, videos and other content.
Since 2024, Tina Friebe has been a project manager and contemporary of Taskforce Structural Change within the ENO, which has a total of nine employees. Before that, she was a team for three years. The trained office clerk comes from the region, from Jänzendorf. She brought many years of experience as a quality manager in an internationally operating communication company when she came in 2021ZUR Eno.

The native of Rothenburg has been active in many areas and has been part of the Taskforce structural change within the ENO since 2021. As a project manager, he primarily looks after the northern municipalities in the Görlitz district, advises investments and funding opportunities here. Ingo Goschütz is the head of the Marketing & IT and project manager team within the ENO, and he has been there since 2015. The studied information technician and journalist can fall back on comprehensive experience in the areas of public relations and information technology. Born in Görlitz, grew up in Niesky, he had gone to Berlin for his first studies. In 1997 he came back home and worked in the area, at the same time he completed the second degree of journalism. This was followed by several years as managing director and editor-in-chief in a regional film and television production. There were first contacts to the ENO about numerous reports. When the district of Görlitz needed a marketing strategy in 2005, Ingo Goschütz delivered a concept. Since then he has been entrusted with numerous projects, including the “Unaffordable Land” campaign 2018, the volunteer project of the district 2020 and currently “arrival in the Görlitz district”.

In the course of his studies "Public Management" at the dual university in Bautzen, Lennard came to the ENO in autumn 2024, we are his practice partner. In the process and project management team, he is primarily employed in the areas of funding research and education. He looks after events such as the "Look in!" Lisa Graen has been part of the ENO as a project manager since 2022 and took over the management of the nine-person team project and process management in 2024. Their strength lies primarily in the development and implementation of projects. Her portfolio at ENO includes the development of the "home brisk", the German-Czech specialist campaign "Future Career" and the mobility project "Prima+public transport".
Lisa grew up in the Hildesheim region in Lower Saxony. After graduating from high school, she took a break and went to Australia for nine months. In Cottbus she studied culture and technology, an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree. In Görlitz she worked primarily in the museum, at the cultural department for Silesia, the Görlitz collections and the installation of the festival for contemporary art "Future Visions". For our sporting organizational talent (Sachsen Cup winner Volleyball 2025), the move to Görlitz was a bit like coming home, because both grandmothers came from Silesia.
Emilia Grass has been looking after the northern part of the Görlitz district as a project manager in Taskforce Structural Change since 2023. It was almost a coincidence that she came to the ENO. Since 2018, Katarzyna Krzyzanowska has been enriching the ENO team as a media designer. She came to us as a parental leave representative - and stayed. Kasia comes from the Polish Krakow (Krakow) and spent after graduating from high school for a few years in Italy, where she studied art history in Florence. In 2003 she moved to Cologne, where she trained as a media designer. After eight years, Katarzyna wanted a change and went to Görlitz with her husband. She worked temporarily as an interpreter at Bombardier before she came to the Eno.
Philipp is a friend of tables, numbers and formulas. So no wonder that he works at ENO in controlling and in project management. In 2015 it all started with a dual study of 'public management' at the vocational academy in Bautzen, the practice partner was the ENO. From the beginning, Philipp accompanied in controlling and ultimately also wrote his bachelor thesis on the reporting system of the developmental company. Since his successful degree in 2018, he has accompanied projects such as the future workshop Lausitz, Nursing Plus and skilled workers security guides.

Robert Pietsch is one of two ENO system administrators. Born in Görlitzer, she trained as a state -certified assistant for business informatics, continued to form a certified Microsoft System Engineer and worked for the communication company Telepereperformance until 2006. He left Görlitz and worked for 13 years in Augsburg, Bavarian. Homesickness and the family brought him back in 2023 and to the development company.
Jenny came to the ENO as part of her dual studies "Communication & PR" 2022. She grew up in Görlitz and did not want to leave her home even after graduating from high school. In order to gain practical experience and find the right course of study with their many interests, Jenny decided for a voluntary year in the Görlitz zoo in the field of public relations. You have convinced the diverse tasks in this area, which is why you wrote to the “Public Relations & Communication” course at the IU International University. Now it was necessary to find a practice partner. The application to the ENO was successful and Jenny is already fully integrated into the teams marketing & IT and lifelong learning. It takes on numerous tasks in the social media area, organizing projects and creating graphic products such as the time (ung) for children.

Marie Runge has been part of the ENO team as a project manager since 2025. Born in Görlitz, she studied in healthcare after graduating from high school at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. After the successful completion, she moved to the Görlitz police department for one year. At ENO, she looks after the “Future Career” project, with which the district of Görlitz, together with the Czech neighbors from the Liberec and Usti Nad Labem regions, want to weaken the shortage of skilled workers and strengthen the digitized world of work.
Our junior in the IT department can ideally combine hobby and work. For years he has also been dealing with the topic of web app development privately and is tinkering with tailor-made user-off websites.
Anthony's first contact to the ENO was a one -week school internship at the beginning of the 10th grade in 2023 and here he really started. The hobby photographer was actively involved in a project immediately and really successful. Then they quickly agreed, and so Anthony had his training contract as a specialist IT specialist for application development in the pocket shortly later.
Thomas Vogel has been part of the development company's team since 2010, and since 2020 he has been part of the management as an authorized representative. His focus is financing, investments and controlling. The native Löbauer first completed an apprenticeship as an insurance clerk after graduating from high school and later came into contact with the ENO as part of his business studies at the HSZG in Zittau, his diploma thesis dealt with the topic "Integration aid in the district of Görlitz", he wrote here in the house. He started as a project manager, later led the corresponding service point and has a significant share in the orientation and conception of ENO. Thomas Vogel has a lot of references, including the development of the rental database "Moritz" for the district of Görlitz and the concepts as well as the administrative management of the Taskforce Structural Change and the area society of the district of Görlitz.
Michael Weihrauch has been part of the ENO team since 2025 and, as a project manager, looks after the northern district of Görlitz. The 37 -year -old comes from Weißwasser and has spent the longest of his life here. After studying business administration in Cottbus, he worked at Leag there for a few years and then came back home. As a former managing director of the Krauschwitz adventure world and the Halfendorfer See, the region, he knows the region very well.
His interest in the diverse projects here in the district led him to the ENO. Michael would like to actively help shape the economic development and structural change in Lausitz in order to make it attractive for returnees, founders and foreign investors.

The studied business IT specialist from Neißaue near Görlitz has been part of the Taskforce Structural Change Team since 2020. In the area company, he looks after municipalities in the Görlitz district in terms of business development and resettlements from companies. A lot of international experiences can rely on Wiesner. After studying at the Vocational Academy in Bautzen, he was drawn to Cologne, Frankfurt am Main and Zurich, for which he was traveling worldwide until 2013. But already at this time he was pulling back home, so that he was already resident here in 2010. He started his own business with an LED online trade and worked as a sales manager for an e-heating manufacturer before finally coming to the ENO.

As an expert in future topics such as e-mobility, photovoltaics and batteries, Silvio Schellenberger has been a structural change in the Taskforce of ENO since the beginning of 2025. Born in Zittau in 1974, he spent almost his whole life in the Oberland. At the turning point, he started an apprenticeship as a construction worker and was on construction sites nationwide for several years. This was followed by community service and studying a state -certified building engineering technician in Dresden. Silvio moved home with a young family and he worked in a building material wholesale. He supplied the region's municipalities with road salt, canal covering made of cast iron and natural stones for road construction, among other things. The topic of energy of the future has been interested in him for a long time, just like the desire to do something with the sense of the future.
