We took over the entire business operations for BuW with our ENO team. In addition to organization and administration, we developed a restructuring concept and optimized the company and the real estate portfolio. In the Silesian Upper Lusatian Museum Association (SOMV) project, we worked with existing staff, provided support through targeted integration of our ENO employees and sustainably expanded the existing structures. Our services ranged from the renovation concept and marketing to the optimization and digitalization of processes. Through targeted funding acquisition, financial resources were strengthened in order to implement innovative projects in addition to the classic museum operations that inspire young and old.
