The task force helps with the creation of usage concepts, the application for funding and the implementation of participation formats. Through formats such as the SPEED tutorial, it promotes the region's self-empowerment. The aim is to increase economic attractiveness, develop sustainable solutions and secure public services.

For example, through the SPEED tutorial, a guideline in video format. The letters SPEED stand for “systematic project development and successful implementation”. The starter package includes videos and information on project development, submitting applications and finding funding, as well as developing usage concepts and opportunities for citizen participation.
