A key area of ​​responsibility is the management, marketing, improvement and optimization of our own properties in Bad Muskau, Niesky, Görlitz and Altbernsdorf. This essentially includes the management of the apartments, the care of the tenants, the ongoing coordination with the owners as well as the constant maintenance and ensuring the security of the property.

Our two caretakers ensure that our properties are properly maintained. They take on acceptances, handovers, repairs, meter readings and, in some cases, property maintenance. Our caretakers also act as a link between tenants and us in administration.
