The Structural Change Taskforce (Tafo) of the Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH development company is committed to shaping the transformation process in the Görlitz district in an active and future-oriented manner. The focus is on networking local actors, funding advice and project development. Together with the Görlitz district, six strategic fields of action were defined that serve as orientation for all projects within the framework of structural change. These fields of action bring together the strengths of municipalities, civil society, including citizens and associations, and companies in order to jointly make the region future-proof.
