It emphasizes the advantages compared to big city life, diverse career opportunities and a high quality of life. The “We need you here” campaign aims to attract tourists to the Görlitz district not only as holiday guests, but also as potential residents and workers. Beer mats and table tents with a QR code lead tourists to an online quiz that offers insights into the region's quality of life and opportunities. The aim of the campaign is to showcase the beauty and attractiveness of the district and thus attract skilled workers and increase the population.

In close coordination with the board of the Neisseland Tourist Area Community, we developed a new CI and created a new website. From the initial layout drafts to the launch of the new website, there was an intensive coordination process in order to take all of the client's needs and ideas into account.

The campaign is intended to show the possibilities of access to the nursing profession in the Görlitz district and to clearly showcase the attractiveness of later work in a nursing profession. Numerous employees from regional care facilities have their say and report on their personal experiences and motivation. The program appeals to both young people who decide to undertake training and career changers who are looking for a new professional perspective.
