The Real Estate Service Center is responsible for the administration of 16 properties belonging to the Sparkasse Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien, 2 private properties in Reichenbach/OL and the management of the condominium ownership association in Kollm am See.
In addition, we manage our own properties in Bad Muskau, Niesky, Altbernsdorf and Görlitz. With our two caretakers in the field, we can look after the objects ourselves on site and carry out small repairs. Furthermore, we work primarily with local craft businesses in our district. As part of the business management, we support the Rothenburg/OL airport in all tenancy law issues and the district of Görlitz in accommodating asylum seekers.
