Designing the future, discovering talents: The goal of Futurecareer is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the district of Görlitz as well as the Liberecký and ústecký kraj and to determine the strengths of potential specialists in a digitized world of work. With the help of interdisciplinary workshops in the IQlandia knowledge center, pupils discover their talents and can also test them directly from real companies during a strengthening forum. In cooperation with the region's companies, a project is created that shows the pupils the diverse career opportunities in the border area.

The project aims to expand and modernize the tourism infrastructure in Bad Muskau. It includes the conversion of two buildings into holiday apartments and hostel rooms as well as the establishment of caravan parking spaces. A particular focus is on promoting cycle tourism. The offering is supplemented by a café, a bicycle shop and a shop with regional products. The aim is to strengthen sustainable forms of tourism, promote the regional economy and create inclusive jobs. We developed this project, which was approved by the Regional Monitoring Committee and is now being funded with 13 million euros.

The project aims to make local public transport in the Upper Lusatia-Lower Silesia region more attractive and user-friendly. It promotes the networking of various means of transport, improves the provision of information to passengers and develops innovative mobility concepts. By optimizing the local transport offering, the quality of life in the region is to be increased and at the same time a contribution to climate protection. ENO developed this project. During implementation, we are involved in the project in the areas of project management, website creation and the public.

The “Skilled Worker Securing Pilots” project aims to support small and medium-sized companies in the Görlitz district in recruiting and securing skilled workers. The pilots advise companies individually on topics such as personnel recruitment, employee retention and employer attractiveness. They provide contacts to relevant networks and institutions, provide information about funding opportunities and help develop strategies for securing skilled workers in the long term. The aim is to strengthen the competitiveness of the regional economy and counteract the shortage of skilled workers. We have developed the project and will implement it in 2024.

The Doctors Network of East Saxony (ÄNO) has set itself the task of securing and improving medical care. The focus of the work is promoting collaboration between practicing doctors from different disciplines, supporting the digitalization of practices and representing the interests of doctors vis-à-vis politicians and health insurance companies. In addition, emphasis is placed on promoting young talent in order to increase the region's attractiveness for young doctors. ENO has been supporting the Doctors Network for several years as a service provider for project management, website creation and accompanying public relations work.

The Lausitz network aims to improve health care in Lusatia and make it sustainable. It promotes collaboration between various players in the healthcare sector, supports innovative projects and is committed to recruiting skilled workers. The aim of networking doctors, clinics, nursing facilities and other healthcare providers is to ensure integrated and patient-oriented care in the region. From the idea to the conception to the implementation and support of the network, we brought Lausitz Vital to life, including website creation and extensive public relations work.
